Feeling Guilt Leads to Compulsive Overeating and Obesity
Have you ever found yourself over a bowl of ice cream and wondered how you got there? I understand the circumstance that eating is an instrument for some to endure emotional instability but it isn’t the answer. Eat, and eat, and eat again to at least ease the worry that our rickety emotion provides. What makes people worry even more is that ‘guilt feeling’ that follows. Let me remind you that no matter how much you eat or consume guilt will never be cured, only time heals. It is a matter of how you cure your own perception of the things that happened along your day. Your conviction can diminish the guilt and gradually replenish it with an adaptive eating habit. You can either control your emotions or let them control you. Remember even after a good binge, your problems did not go away. You just added to them with feeling bad about yourself, gaining weight, prone to obesity, becoming susceptible to diseases like heart disease, strokes, high cholesterol, cancer, diabetes, or worse. You need to fill your needs without overeating.
Compulsive Overeating leads to Obesity
Basically, weight is the basis of obesity. Over 30% of the population is considered obese; at least 30lbs overweight and 70% are overweight. Obesity happens because of poor choices and overeating in some fashion. No one ever became obese from only eating vegetable all their lives. Compulsive overeating may come from emotional eating. That is how it is. A chain that never ends until you take steps to stop it. Obesity is a direct health dilemma that is harmful and will shorten your life span. Most people are complacent, even though things are harmful. You need not to regret what you have already done. Now is the time to take action and make a decision to change. Put an end to any option and get help for obesity move forward and begin to show some respect and love for yourself.

You may have more reasons not to, but here are the valid reasons that contradict losing weight now. It’s not too late to lose weight and be healthy.

- Risk of early death is 115% greater for obese women and 81% for men.
- The average heart rate for men is 70 and 75 for women. If you are 33lbs overweight, approximately 17 more heartbeats are added each minute your heart beats, and over a year, that’s a howling 8.3 million beats a year. Imagine that?
- The chances of stroke, cancer, heart attack, and other diseases increase to those who are overweight.
