Healthy Weight Loss Treatment
Healthy weight loss, fast and easy without diets and deprivation is not what most people are used to.
After all, weight loss is a trillion-dollar industry because most people haven’t figure out how to get it right. They gain and lose the same weight repeatedly throughout their lifetime. The key to achieve healthy weight loss that stays off, has more to do with your thinking than what you are eating.
Healthy Weight loss is a mental game. It is not about deprivation or restricting yourself like you may have done in the past; Nor is it about going on another diet. If that were the case, you would have achieved your goal already.
There are hundreds if not thousands of diets out there and they all work if you follow them. The question is why won’t you follow them? And if you do, why don’t you do it long term? That is the question you need to ask yourself first.
Going on another diet is not the answer, the 20-50lbs you need to lose is in your head.
Your head is your deterrent whether you know it or not. You have a lot vested in staying exactly where you are. The weight gives you an excuse to ________ (fill in the blank) or not to ________.
Do you keep the weight, so you can feel bad about yourself?
You continue to beat yourself up, have an excuse to keep eating, because no one loves you, not even you. You may even feel sorry for yourself, keep people away, and it give you an excuse to not step up, stay exactly where you are.
Do you blame the world for not being, having and doing what you really want to do?
When would now be a good time to take responsibility and make the change?
You spent years using food for love, comfort and support. Stopping your relationship with food can be scary. What will you replace it with? How will you move forward?
Then what happens when you have weight loss? After all, how many times have you yo-yo dieted? Will you keep it off this time?
Do you question what will be expected of you by others now? How are you going to handle the new positive attention you are getting? You may even feel vulnerable. You shed your protection. There are no more excuses. Now what are you going to do?
The answer for some unconsciously is to mess it up by sabotaging yourself.
You start giving yourself permission to choose unhealthy choices again. You say it is just one, but you know it isn’t true. Months later you are back where you started, and you wonder how you will ever get off this merry go round. Nothing really sustained the results you really wanted, until now!
The answer is a healthy weight loss that starts with a mental diet.
A mental diet is releasing all the things that are holding you back from having all you desire. It is understanding that to lose the weight for good you need to release the hold it has on you. Knowing that the weight has served a purpose and it is no longer needed and it’s time to move on.
Healthy weight loss starts with a check up from the neck up. A means to permanently stop using food to fill your emotions and start letting life bring you joy instead. It requires you to roll up your sleeve and start fighting. Fight for you this time.
Learn new tools, resources and strategies to choose you, choose healthy!
You are unique you need to learn the language of your body to create a healthy weight loss lifestyle that will not be another short-lived diet. Instead, learn how to say “No” to what no longer serves you and start saying “Yes” to you. Find out what that would look like for you now.

Why Diets Don’t Work
Diets are a temporary solution to a bigger problem. Diets focus onthe symptom and not the problem. We know you can restrict your intake for a limited time but how do you sustain that in your lifetime.
What you need is something that is easy and effortless to do on an ongoing basis. That doesn’t happen until you remove the emotional blocks that are causing you to eat. The feelings that make the cake and ice cream a better alternative than what is happening in your life. When the chips make you feel like you can finally bit into something when your life around you feels out of sorts.
It is these scenarios that need to be addressed so you can find a healthy weight loss program that fits into your life and you can still feel fulfilled at the same time.

Different Treatments for Healthy Weight Loss
Whether you think you need to go on the next diet with Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, do a starvation diet or the newest fad out there you are throwing away your money, if you don’t take care of your real problem you are only putting a band aid on.
Why do you think all these weight loss programs have lifetime membership?
It is because it is a journey not a destination. You need to find a way to make it a lifestyle and not a diet. Diets are only DIE with a T at the end of it. They are not the answer. There is merit in every weight loss program out there. The question is why they don’t have sustaining change?
You can spend hundreds and thousands of dollars looking for the answer and still ending up in the same place the following year if you don’t take care of the root cause. You are exactly where you believe you are supposed to be and the weight you are holding onto is there for a reason. It has served you for years and in order to lose it you need to acknowledge what it has done for you as well as what it is costing you.
Too often people just go from one diet program to another and never take the time to do the necessary work to make it lasting change.
We have helped people over the years release dress and pant sizes in the double digits and keep it off for years, just by addressing their thinking!
Mental diet – what are you putting into your head on a daily basis. How do you greet your day. Are you happy or sad? Feel like you are living in abundance or deprivation? Feeling deserving or lack? All these play a big part on your success in maintaining a healthy weight.
Surroundings – you may have heard the expression, “you are what you eat” but have you heard “you become who you spend time with”. Are you spending time with those that have the same health goals as you do. Are your surroundings supporting you to chooses you and make healthy choices? Or are they encouraging you to indulge in things you know no longer serves you.
Emotions – emotions are energy in motion. Where are you putting your energy. Are you focused on the next diet or what you really want in your life now. Where focus goes energy flows. If you feel like you are only focused on the food it will be more challenging to have healthy life long sustaining success.
Healthy food – nutrition plays a big role in how you feel about yourself. You want to be sure that you are eating things that will nourish your body and your soul. Will make you feel more alive not less. If your gut is unhealthy, it affects your moods, energy, and thinking. Do your best to choose healthy food. Eliminate sugars and processed carbohydrates to drain you and cause you to crash after you eat them. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day so you stay hydrated.
Sleep – there are many studies linking sleep deprivation to weight gain, depression, anxiety, and moodiness. When you don’t get enough sleep you get fatigued and can start feeling sad and out of sorts. Then you become more likely to make poor food choices in the desire to just find something to give you energy. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.
Exercise – I am not suggesting you register for a triathlon tomorrow, but do something. Park farther from the stores, take the stairs, get up and move, take a walk. Do something, go to a dance class, get on a bicycle, use some weights all are good ideas. Sitting is becoming the new smoking. Movement is important for healthy weight loss.
Reduce stress – Make changes in your life that will help you manage stress. Start by saying “NO” to anything that doesn’t serve you. Saying “NO” to others is saying “YES” to yourself.
Get support from others who can help. If you want to stay overweight, hang out with others that are too. Misery loves misery and it is easy to find others to commiserate with you if you want to. If you don’t want to be heavy any longer find other healthy people to hang out. If you decide to seek out professional help, it is important to find someone that has walked the walk and is not just talking the talk.
Be ready to change now. You may be more invested in feeling bad than you realize. Many people get love and attention in their life by having problems. After all, what will you do if you have nothing to complain about?
This is a serious question. Not one that you may have thought of before, but a real serious matter. It is called secondary gain. You start out with one problem and it gives you other benefits you may not have thought of before, like love and attention from family and friends. It is not necessarily the kind of attention you want, but it is what you begin to settle for in the end.
The truth is all you really want is love. When you didn’t the love you were looking for you settled for what ever you could get. Often that leads to feeling depressed and unloved. It is a vicious cycle that has to stop. There is no happiness in feeling bad about yourself.

You may think you should be able to do it alone. Know that if you could, you would have already done it. We all have blind spots and intelligence has nothing to do with it. A good practitioner will help uncover what isn’t apparent to you, reveal the underlying challenges and give you the proper tools and resources to change.
Traditional therapy is not the only answer. Laying on a couch recounting your daunting childhood memories are not going to change your current situation. We cannot go back and change the past, but we can go forward and create a new present.
“The most effective way to change someone’s life is to change their programs.” Lisa Lieberman-Wang, Founder of FINE to FAB & Co-Founder of Neuro Associative Programming (NAP)
You are programmed at an early age to believe what is right and wrong, good or bad. What you are capable of and what you aren’t, what to do or not do. At one point in your life these programs may have served you, but in time, some of the programs can become antiquated and no longer have the desired results. To fix this you need to decompile the old programs and install a new upgrade.
